To ensure a pleasant and authentic dining experience at Olive Garden Turkish & Mediterranean Restaurant, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following house policies:

1. Respect for All Guests and Staff
   We are committed to providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We kindly ask all guests to show respect to fellow diners and our staff, ensuring an enjoyable environment for everyone.

2. Attire
   Smart casual attire is appreciated to complement the ambiance of our restaurant. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone whose attire may be deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the dining experience of others.

3. Outside Food and Beverages
   For the enjoyment of all guests and to maintain our high standards, outside food and beverages are not permitted in the restaurant.

4. Celebrations and Special Events
   You are welcome to celebrate special occasions with us. However, for group celebrations involving decorations, music, or cake, please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

5. Children
   We welcome families and children of all ages. For their safety and the comfort of our other guests, we kindly ask parents to supervise their children at all times. High chairs are available upon request.

6. Service Charge
   A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill. This is not mandatory, and 100% of said service charge will be distributed to our dedicated staff members.
