   Table reservations are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure a reservation for larger parties. In the event of a no-show, this deposit will be retained by Olive Garden and will not be refunded. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your spot, especially during peak hours. Olive Garden reserves the right to adjust or cancel reservations if necessary. For reservation cancellations, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid forfeiture of table reservation fees.

4. Online Ordering
   Online orders are prepared with care to ensure quality and freshness. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Payment for online orders must be made at the time of ordering, and all charges are final. Olive Garden is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Gift Cards
   Gift cards purchased through our website are valid only at Olive Garden Turkish & Mediterranean Restaurant in Sutton Coldfield. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards can be found on system providing valid ID of purchase.

6. Menu Items and Pricing
   Our menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on item availability, special events, or promotions. All prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

7. Promotions and Discounts

8. Service Charge / Tips
   A service charge may be added to your bill. While this charge is not mandatory, 100% of any service charge or tips provided will be distributed among the entire staff at Olive Garden Turkish & Mediterranean Restaurant. We are committed to fairly recognizing the hard work of our team, ensuring that each team member benefits equally.
